  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

  • In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, and your sweetener.
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best for that super creamy texture).
