Instructions
In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract, and whisk until well blended.
Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight for extra creaminess).
Once set, give it a quick stir and top with shaved chocolate, berries, or crushed nuts for a finishing touch.
