Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or your preferred milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey adjust to sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt optional, but adds a nice balance

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract, and whisk until well blended.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight for extra creaminess).
  • Once set, give it a quick stir and top with shaved chocolate, berries, or crushed nuts for a finishing touch.
