- 1 cup Kamvar Finger Millet Flour The main ingredient.
- ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour Adds fiber and lightness.

- ¼ cup Coconut Oil or Ghee Healthy fat option.
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder Adds warmth and flavor.

Prepare the Dough:

Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter or glass. Poke holes with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Arrange biscuits on a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
