Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kamvar Finger Millet Flour The main ingredient.
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour Adds fiber and lightness.
  • ¼ cup Jaggeryor Coconut Sugar Natural sweetener.
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil or Ghee Healthy fat option.
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder Adds warmth and flavor.
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder Helps biscuits rise.
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk or Plant-Based Milk For binding the dough.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Nuts Optional Adds crunch and nutrition.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional For extra texture and nutrients.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dough:
  • Mix Kamvar flour, whole wheat flour, jaggery, cardamom powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add coconut oil and rub into the mixture until crumbly. Gradually add milk and knead into a soft dough.
  • Shape the Biscuits:
  • Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter or glass. Poke holes with a fork to prevent puffing.
  • Bake:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Arrange biscuits on a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool:
  • Let biscuits cool on a wire rack before storing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
  • Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes to restore crispness.
