How to Make Gullon Sugar Free Cookies at Home

Ingredients

cups
wheat flour
½
cup
sugar free chocolate chips
¼
cup
vegetable oil
2
tbsp
sweeteners
(maltitol and isomalt)
1
tsp
each of sodium and ammonium hydrogen carbonate
¼
tsp
salt
1
tsp
vanilla flavor
Instructions
Whisk It Up!
mix all your dry ingredients In a large bowl (flour, carbonates, salt)
Mix the Good Stuff!
In a separate bowl, blend the wet ingredients (oil, sweeteners and vanilla flavor)
Mix until the batter is smooth and glossy
Teamwork Time!
Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients a little at a time
Stir with love (and a spatula) until you have a smooth dough
Chip, Chip Hooray!
Fold in 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Make sure they’re evenly distributed
Shape & Bake!
Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a ping-pong ball
Flatten them gently with your palm
Place them on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes
Pro Tip:
Keep an eye on those cookies! They should be lightly golden but not too brown. Let them cool (if you can resist!) before devouring.
