Gullon Sugar Free Cookies

How to Make Gullon Sugar Free Cookies at Home 

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sweeteners (maltitol and isomalt)
  • 1 tsp each of sodium and ammonium hydrogen carbonate
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor

Instructions
 

Whisk It Up!

  • mix all your dry ingredients In a large bowl (flour, carbonates, salt)

Mix the Good Stuff!

  • In a separate bowl, blend the wet ingredients (oil, sweeteners and vanilla flavor)
  • Mix until the batter is smooth and glossy

Teamwork Time!

  • Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients a little at a time
  • Stir with love (and a spatula) until you have a smooth dough

Chip, Chip Hooray!

  • Fold in 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • Make sure they’re evenly distributed

Shape & Bake!

  • Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a ping-pong ball
  • Flatten them gently with your palm
  • Place them on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes

Pro Tip:

  • Keep an eye on those cookies! They should be lightly golden but not too brown. Let them cool (if you can resist!) before devouring.
