Prep the Apples :
Peel and dice 2 medium apples.
Toss them with natural sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and raisins.
Mix everything together and divide it evenly into small ramekins.
Prepare the Crumble Topping :
In a separate bowl, combine: rolled oats, almond flour (or oat flour), chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts), coconut oil (melted) and maple syrup
Stir until it forms a crumbly mixture.
Assemble:
Sprinkle the topping generously over the apples in each ramekin, covering them completely.
Bake:
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the apples are tender.
Cool and Serve:
Let the crumbles cool for a few minutes before serving.
For extra indulgence, top with Greek yogurt or a scoop of ice cream.
Notes
Use Fresh, Firm Apples
: for the best texture and flavor.
Adjust Sweetness
: Different apple varieties have different sweetness levels. Taste and adjust the sweetener as needed.
Avoid Soggy Crumble
: Pre-cook the apples for a few minutes or pat them dry to reduce moisture, ensuring the topping stays crispy.
