Ingredients
  

  • 2 halal chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional Squeeze of lemon
  • Optional Pinch of cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Add lemon juice and cumin if using.
  • Choose your cooking method:
    Oven: Bake for 20–25 minutes.
    Grill: Grill 6–8 minutes per side.
    Pan-sear: Cook 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
